TERMS & CONDITIONS

RESERVATION AND OPERATION PROCEDURES:

All reservation must be addressed directly to Suarga Wisata. Reservation is open 24 hours by E-mail, Telephone Call or WhatsApp Messages. Suarga Wisata will confirm each reservation in 24 hours at the latest with a Pro Forma Invoice, detail of services, tour cost and payment procedures. On the proper time advised, our staff will meet and fetch each valued customers to commence tour in accordance with the tour program applied.  Each tour will be accompanied and conducted by a professional English speaking guide. Guide with special skill of other language will be provided subject to availability on request.

SERVICE INCLUSIONS

The above tour fare includes accommodation on twin sharing basis, Full Board Meals, Boat as per Itinerary, Air Conditioned car/coach, Entrance Fees/Donation, Entrance Ticket Komodo National Park, Entrance Ticket Kelimutu National Park, English speaking guide, Experienced and licensed Driver

TOUR FARE EXCLUDES:

The following items are not includes and every request of those items will be on personal account. They are; room service, laundry, telephone calls, internet facilities or any other items not listed in the inclusions and itinerary. Other incidental items of personal nature.

TIPPING:

The above presented tour fare on this contract does not include tipping for Guide and Driver. It is highly recommended to each valued customer to spend for tipping in appreciation for those who handle all the service with courtesy

CHILD FARE:
Eligibility: Above 2 yrs and below 12 yrs on the date of departure. Child tour fare is based on sharing room with 2 adults. There will be an additional cost for child sharing one room with one adult.

Infant: Must be below 2 yrs on the date of Arrival.

Child With Bed (2-12yrs): 80% from Adult (maximum 3 persons in a room)

Child NO Bed (2-10yrs): 75% from Adult

Note: Child sharing room with parents must have extra bed

MODE OF PAYMENT: 

Suarga Wisata receives payment in cash or bank transfers mode only. Any bank charges to be borne by participants. CV. Gema Pariwisata Svarga (Suarga Wisata) is the only authorized side to receive all kind of payment.

UNUSED SERVICES DURING TOUR: 

Suarga Wisata rejects to refund or to change any unused services in respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing, tour or other services which are included in the tour price.

FORCE MAJEURE CIRCUMSTANCE:

In the event of sudden unforeseen circumstances such as Travel Advisory against the destination or spots to be visited due to natural disasters, (volcanic explosion, destructive earth quake, land slide, floods) extreme weather (heavy rain with storm, ocean wave) CV.Gema Pariwisata Svarga  (Suarga Wisata) has full right to change the tour itinerary, postpone to a later date or shift to an alternative destination within the same cost.

CANCELLATION:

Any  cancellation of booking occurred  within  3 (three)  days  prior  to departure 50% of total invoice will be imposed.  Any cancellation of booking occurred 1 (one) day prior to departure 80% of total invoice will be imposed.  In the event of NO SHOW 100% will be charged

SPECIAL REQUEST:

If there are any requests regarding special meals, dietary requirements and so on, please inform GPS Wisata 30 days before departure. Such requests are subject to confirmation and availability.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Suarga Wisata acts only in the capacity as an agent for the transportation, hotels and other principals for the tour programs. Therefore it reserves the right to reject any responsibility for injuries, damage, accident, loss, delay, quarantine, theft, custom regulations, strikes, deportation or refusal of entry Immigration authorities resulting from improper travel documents, possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may be caused to person or property. Suarga Wisata reserves the right to reject any claim for refund.  Any losses or expenses are the responsibility of the participants. All proper travel documentation are sole responsibility of the participants.
